Week In Review #4
Hey everyone, quick check in. Have you ever struggled with finding joy in how you train? I wanted to go over an important concept that I've been neglecting for the better part of the past year of my journey. I've been into fitness for years, I'll tell you something that most people don't care to talk about: The way you'll make the most progress is by doing things you enjoy. Imagine telling someone who loves rock music that they have to become great at making pop music. They might get there eventually, but it would feel forced and would make the person dread their journey. If you let them focus on rock instead, they’ll probably improve much faster, because they actually enjoy the process. Same concept goes for your training. So my advice would be to find how to make your training enjoyable, whether that means working out with friends, listening to music you enjoy while you workout, doing movements that excite you, or finding activities you can look forward to that keep you in shape. I made the most progress when I learned to appreciate my journey and enjoy the way I trained. Sometimes it requires you to experiment and try new things but if that's what it takes then it's well worth it.

Whats up everyone, I'm glad you're here. For anyone unfamiliar, PWRxEND.com is a website I created for people who want to develop strength and endurance together. It has slowly transitioned itself into a Skool Community and you are the first to experience it. You do not need to train hybrid to participate but this is a training-first community and should be taken seriously. WHAT THIS SPACE IS FOR This community exists to help you: –Train strength and conditioning without conflicting priorities – Follow a clear, sustainable structure – Fix plateaus, recovery issues, and program confusion – Build real physical capability, not just effort COMMUNITY STANDARD This is an active space. You don’t need to post constantly, but you do need to participate. Log your work. Ask clear questions. Share what you’re learning. Progress here is visible. Lurking won’t get you much. HOW I SUPPORT YOU I help people: – Correct their overall training strategy – Balance lifting, running, conditioning, and recovery – Identify what’s actually holding them back – Build systems that work long-term, not short term This is the same approach I use in my own training. WHAT TO DO NEXT 1. Introduce yourself below: – Name – Training background – Current focus (strength, endurance, hybrid) – What you feel stuck on – Engage with at least two other posts. 1. Start the 90-day program and PWRxEND principles V1 in the Classroom. Don’t rush it. Build the base correctly. Optional: If you want direct feedback, you can book a consultation for a personalized review.
