For anyone unfamiliar, PWRxEND.com is a website I created for people who want to develop strength and endurance together. It has slowly transitioned itself into a Skool Community and you are the first to experience it. You do not need to train hybrid to participate but this is a training-first community and should be taken seriously.
WHAT THIS SPACE IS FOR
This community exists to help you:
–Train strength and conditioning without conflicting priorities
– Follow a clear, sustainable structure
– Fix plateaus, recovery issues, and program confusion
– Build real physical capability, not just effort
COMMUNITY STANDARD
This is an active space.
You don’t need to post constantly, but you do need to participate. Log your work. Ask clear questions. Share what you’re learning.
Progress here is visible. Lurking won’t get you much.
HOW I SUPPORT YOU
I help people:
– Correct their overall training strategy
– Balance lifting, running, conditioning, and recovery
– Identify what’s actually holding them back
– Build systems that work long-term, not short term
