Is the HouseCall Pro integration you guys have still only with their highest plan?

Unfortunately, Housecall Pro only allows integrations on their highest-tier plan. That means a Housecall Pro user can only connect with CRM Connector (or any other integration like Zapier, etc.) if they’re on the highest plan.

@Memi Khai Hi, I’ve looked into it and both Fresha and Treatwell do have APIs, but their documentation is not publicly available. Access requires an official partnership with them, which means we currently can’t build a direct integration yet. If you or your clients are able to help us establish a partnership with Fresha and/or Treatwell, we can then access their API documentation and develop the integration for you.
Quickbooks Tags/Filters
A bit of a selfish personal request here 😎. Is there a list of standard tags/filters that quickbooks users have that can be sent to HL? I have a client who uses QB but wants to also add contacts into HL using AI chat and voice. Using the automations from Clay I had to turn off the Contact Created automation so that we won't send review requests to contacts added by AI. My challenge is identifying a specific tag/filter we can add to the contacts coming in from Quickbooks and build an automation to add them to the reviews workflow. Thanks!

Let’s gooo the first post in this community! 🎉 Yes, this is 100% possible. The CRM Connector automatically adds tags and custom fields to contacts that are synced from QuickBooks. To make sure everything triggers correctly, you can use these three triggers: 1. Contact tag added→ Filter: tagged = initial-sync-customer 2. Contact tag added→ Filter: tagged = new-sync-customer 3. Contact changed→ Filter: LastServiceDate has changed(This is a custom field that CRM Connector automatically updates whenever a new service is found in the connected system.) You can find the full documentation for these custom fields and tags by clicking here. I’ve also attached screenshots of the configured triggers so you can compare them with your setup.
