🚀 More Flexible Sync Frequencies Are Now Available
We’ve received many questions about syncing integrations more frequently or at specific intervals. Good news — this is now possible! By default, every integration syncs every 4 hours, but we now support additional sync frequencies: • Every 30 minutes • Every 1 hour • Every 2 hours • Every 4 hours (default) • Every 12 hours • Every 1 day • Every 3 days • Every 1 week Each integration can be configured individually, giving you full control based on your workflow and requirements. You can already change the sync frequency yourself under:Manage Connection → Change FrequencyThis will automatically update the configuration for that integration. For higher-frequency syncs (such as 30 minutes or 1 hour), we currently configure these manually on request while we finalize the automated pricing and package updates. Once the automated billing and package management are fully in place, these higher-frequency options will also become fully self-service per connected sub-account. If you’d like a more frequent sync already, feel free to contact us and we’ll configure it for you.

The next CRMs in progress are: - Shopify - Dynamics 365 Business Central Both of these have been requested before, and I’m excited to get them added as soon as possible — so stay tuned 👀 If you have any specific requirements for either of these integrations, please let me know here. No Review Field
Hi guys, When connecting ServiceM8 to CRM Connector within HL, how do I specify a field that the client can add 'no review' to signal to us not to ask that client for a review? I could set it up in Zapier, so I am crossing my fingers that you guys have a way! :D
