Hi all. I’m based in Salt Lake City, UT and I work at Cottonwood Wealth Strategies as the Operations Manager. Thanks for the invite. Great to be a part of this community to further my knowledge. I’ve been in the wealth management industry since 2003, with most of my experience in client service. I started at a large firm like Morgan Stanley, moved to an independent family office through Raymond James, and now work at an RIA family office. This is my first Operations Manager role, and I’m enjoying the shift into leading a team and overseeing day to day operations. Right now, my focus is learning our systems, defining deliverables, and building clear metrics. Over the next several months, I’m focused on improving workflows, identifying pain points, and strengthening our service model.
