Something I’m really excited to be building inside my community, The Alignment Collective, this year is a journey called “Who Are You?” 🐇🐛🦋⏳🎩 It’s a guided experience focused on exploring core beliefs, identity, and the patterns we’ve been living from often without realizing it. Not surface-level mindset work, but the deeper layers that shape how we relate to ourselves, money, relationships, health, and growth. This is about awareness, compassion, and clarity, understanding why we move the way we do so change doesn’t feel forced, performative, or short-lived. I’m really looking forward to building this in a way that feels safe, honest, and deeply supportive for the season many get stuck in. Grateful for spaces like this that encourage intentional community-building. 💫 💜⚛️ Mel

I wanted to share this reflection here because it speaks to what community-building has meant to me beyond metrics. I posted this in Skoolers today. In September, thanks to @Michele Oneil , I began the journey of creating my own community. As I write this, I’m honestly in tears, not from overwhelm, but from gratitude. I’m finally allowing myself to take in what has unfolded, which is a lot. I'm sure I'm not alone in that. 2025 was a year of endings and healing for sure. There hasn’t been some massive influx of members or big income milestones yet, but that is not what this moment is about. What I’ve received instead feels far more meaningful and valuable than money. Because of the creators and the vision behind Skool, I’ve experienced moments of connection, clarity, and self-return that would not have been possible elsewhere online. I first found Skool through Michele, via @Jess Cox , back in April 2024, yes, through digital marketing programs that many compare or compete against, yet all seem to share the same heart at their core. What’s surprised me most is the depth here. The generosity. The wisdom. The humanity. There’s a quality of presence on this platform...a place, an energy, something that I haven’t felt anywhere else on the internet. And today, it’s landed in my body in a way that has literally brought me to tears. Mostly because through these programs, these women, and this space, I’ve reconnected deeply with myself, my passion, my purpose, and the version of me that knows why she’s here. With a blessing of place to call home for it all. As we step into a true new cycle in 2026, this year feels rich with opportunity for alignment, connection, and mutual support. To be able to both give and receive within a space that honors that balance feels like a genuine blessing. And as we move through the Full Wolf Supermoon, it feels symbolic as if we’re all standing as leaders of our own packs. Calling in. Protecting what matters. Allowing ourselves to be seen and heard.

As we roll over to a new year and enter the comma club (in terms of members) it seems fitting that this is also a good time to introduce a new moderator! Please help me in welcoming @Faith Adebayo who will be joining @Mona Weathers as moderators for this group. Both have a wealth of experience leading groups, have been around the CLASSIFIEDS since the beginning, and I am so grateful that they have both agreed to help out with ensuring the CLASSIFIEDS is a positive, supportive place where you want to hang out. I think this is also a great time to clarify some of the guidelines that people get confused about: 1. Posts in the community are for free offers (paid Skool groups are fine). 2. Paid offers must be posted in the Classroom (you can link to the classroom from the community). You can do this by becoming a Premium member. 3. You can post once a day in any category, NOT once a day in each category. If you have more than one group, you still only get one post a day. This is to prevent the feed from getting clogged up. 4. You must promote yourself (and you must be the one doing the posting - not a VA, admin, etc). Affiliate links and shoutouts are reserved for the #FriendFriday thread. 5. Absolutely not promotional DMs or DMs inviting people to join your group - this is grounds for immediate removal from the group. The whole purpose of the group is to promote yourself, so please do it in the public feed. I'm so looking forward to seeing what everyone creates this year, how everyone collaborates, and most importantly getting to know you all more through our meet ups, which you can find on the calendar.
