Hey guys this isn’t Really about football but I got a cast on for my broken wrist finally and I was wondering if I could still do a parkrun by running

I need to train my weak side in my dives but I really have no idea.( Any help will be useful for me!!!)

We qualified for the playoffs after a 6-3 victory against the first in the standings that takes us to 4th place. I would have liked to do a clean sheet but I still managed to get the nomination of man of the match (I am the one with the pink shirt).
