I went to yoga today as we travel through Bali. Now having pavlova for breakfast 😋 Just sold 4 books on Amazon. I may have hardly made money with the advertising etc but it’s the feeling that this is possible!

A huge thank you to @Claire Morgan for sharing Pirate Ship with me. Total game changer. No waiting in line at the post office. Two weeks ago, I waited over 30 minutes! Cheaper than normal USPS rates. Even cheaper than media mail. Ridiculously easy to use. https://www.pirateship.com/ What I love most is how this even came up. It started from a win that @Megan Holley shared about making a wholesale sale. One genuine share turned into a practical tool that saves time, money, and energy. This is the part people underestimate. You do not know until you know. And you usually learn little things like this in conversation, not from a course. There is so much quiet gold in this group because you are actually talking, sharing wins, and helping each other think smarter instead of harder. Thank you all for showing up, contributing, and being real in here. I am truly grateful for this community!

Income Without Burnout Lesson of the Day
Just when you think you’re about to hit your last 12 Week Year goal $5,000 in 30 days you wake up to… one sale. After weeks of steady daily sales. After momentum. After feeling like, yes, this is working. And your nervous system goes That’s it. I broke it. Here’s the lesson most people skip. This moment is not a signal to panic. It is a test of regulation. Most people mistake variance for failure. Amazon sales are not linear. Neither is any income stream worth keeping long term. If your confidence collapses every time the graph dips, you don’t have a business problem. You have an emotional load problem. What I teach here instead: 1. Zoom out before you zoom in: One slow day inside a strong 30 day trend means nothing. Trends matter. Single days do not. 2. Separate behavior from outcome: Did you do the work you said you’d do this week? That’s the only metric you actually control. 3. Do not change strategy on an emotional day: This is where burnout is born. Reaction creates chaos. Calm creates compounding. 4. Normalize boring consistency: The real flex is staying steady when your brain wants drama. Income without burnout is not about avoiding dips. It’s about not letting dips hijack your identity, energy, or decisions. If you are building something real, you will have quiet days. Your job is not to fix them. Your job is to stay regulated enough to keep going. If this hit, drop a comment with one word: steady.

Yes we have to stay calm! 😜
In the last couple of days,
several people have asked me how I’ve learned so much about Amazon. Here’s the honest, short answer. 1. I show up. Not when I feel confident. Not when it feels easy. I show up when I’m confused, when ads don’t make sense, when sales dip, and when I’d rather pretend the dashboard doesn’t exist. 2. I fail fast on purpose. This is the part most people skip or romanticize. Failing fast does not mean being reckless. It means testing small, watching closely, and adjusting quickly. Low budgets. Short time frames. Clear learning goals. Most people want certainty before action. Amazon rewards action before certainty. Every ad I’ve turned off, every keyword that didn’t convert, every listing tweak that flopped taught me something specific. That feedback compounds. Here’s the uncomfortable truth I don’t hear enough people say out loud. You do not learn Amazon by watching videos alone. You learn Amazon by being in it long enough to collect real data and not quitting when the data bruises your ego. If you’re stuck, ask yourself this instead of “What course should I buy?” What am I avoiding testing because I’m afraid of being wrong? That’s usually the next lesson. If you’re building in public inside this Skool, you’re already doing the hardest part. Keep showing up. Keep failing small. Keep learning forward.

Today I had the honor of being coached by @Evelyn Weiss and wow… what a gift. Many of you already know Evelyn. She is incredible. Grounded, sharp, and deeply generous with her insight. The coolest part is that she was coaching me around this community. She took time to look around, talk through tiers, structure, and how this space can serve you even better. Not surface level advice. Real, thoughtful guidance. I cannot wait to implement what we talked about. First, I need to get this summit video filmed. 🤣 Then it is full focus on this Skool and bringing those ideas to life. Evelyn, we are so glad you are here. Truly grateful to have you in this space with us. Everyone, help me give her a warm welcome 👋 It is a good day to have a good day.
