Sup guys, One of the easiest ways to scale your paid ads agency is through upselling additional services, like email marketing (shameless plug) I mean think about it. You can easily charge each of your clients $2.5k - $5k on top of your paid ads retainer. Now this only works if you are getting results for your clients. You can upsell them sh*t till you have your core service locked in. The clients will see it as a no brainer because you're already bringing the customers to the brand with the paid and then retain them through email marketing. Now instead of you having to build out a whole team, the SOPs and manage this new team. I want to give you my team. Not literally, let me explain. I own a whitelabel email marketing agency. Sup guys, This past week has been insane. We recently onboarded a huge agency in the paid ads niche and within the first week we made just under $6k off of them. He's got around 10 more clients and probably making an extra $2k to $3k per client so he's printing like crazy.
