The, flight, the car, the shoulder and the beginning...
In 2024, I found myself in little situation. They say things happen in 3's and in this case it went from bad to worse to a complete disaster! After my 6 week African adventure where I spent time on Zanzibar Island, I drove from Dar Es Salaam all the way to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. I visited Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Loshoto Mountain, and many amazing stops in between! It was the start of an adventure really with no plan or idea how long it'd last, where my next destination was and who i'd meet along the way. When I returned to Tanzania, I stopped off in Moshi when the next chapter would begin. I met a group of volunteers, at an accommodation that my friend organised. There were volunteers from Germany, Switzerland, Greece, France, The Netherlands, UK, America, Slovakia and it was just a great place to be. I found peace, I found harmony, community and joy. I had a lot of time to reflect during my time there but without a doubt, the most amazing thing happened. After just 12 hours of being there, two german volunteers asked me if I wanted to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. I said when, they said next week, and 8 days later I was on the mountain. This 5 day hike took me to the summit, and it truly felt like it was the climb of my mental health recovery on one side of the mountain and on the other side was the climb of my physical health recover after a 2021 accident that left me doing 6 months of rehab. Africa, truly was life changing. I will never forget it and I will one day return. But my time was up, I booked my flights to England and got myself to the airport a couple of days later. My flight had a stopover in Rwanda, and thats where the connecting flight didn't turn up. 2 days later, I finally left Rwanda and ended up in Guildford at my friends house. I had organised to buy the Just Another Moment car (an old london cab) branded it and ready for my roadtrip to Italy where I would enjoy 2 weeks of living and skiing in the Dolomites.

Sunday Funday but on a MONDAY????
Welcome back amazing JAMMIES!!! So a few updates... I was a away the last few days, On thursday I knocked myself out at work. I am okay, no injuries, other than a bit of confusion and a cut on my head. Then on Friday - Sunday evening I was away on a 2 day workshop which meant hising the phones and being really present. So I do apologise. I am trying hard to balance out the full time job and the business and of course the community. There will be more balance soon. But todays would you rather.... Be exactly who you are today without any life challenges but no growth or Grow into someone that faces challenges everyday, sometimes wins and sometimes loses but untimately grows into a better and stronger, perhaps even the best sense of self. I would love to know!

Recently we lost 3 members from the community. With every member we lose, I ask them. I would love your feedback on the community and get an insight into why you chose to leave. The two responses that came back were 1. There's not much happening in the community 2. There's not enough / any value in the community I understand this, because I feel it too. That is why I work everyday on trying to engage with you all and also build out the courses that I think will be best that aligns with the JAM mission. I want to ask you all. What do you think could be improved? What would you like to see within the community in terms of courses and / or activities to do? Sorry if I have let you down so far... I promise ELITE things are coming! ================================================================================= Moving Forward --> My idea with the courses is actually build them out as a reference point to future weekly challenges. Every Sunday I post the Sunday Funday post which gets great engagement and I am thinking of adding on that post a weekly challenge (guided by a course) Or doing a separate post. This week, I want to introduce visulisation, as this is actually a huge part of my subconscious and conscious life. I often find myself imaging delivering inspiring speeches, achieving something cool, speaking to thousands of people, leading a mental fitness revolution. I do this, because I know it has worked for me in the past. I have seen success before I became successful. Step 1: Watch this video to see how cool Visulisation can be Step 2: Ask yourself who is the version of you that you will proud to become Step 3: Build the picture. where are you, whats the weather like, what did you have for breakfast, whos with you, what do you have, what are you doing, how do you feel, what is that version of you going to achieve. Build a story of the best version of you. The ELITE you. What makes them elite Step 4: Write this down privately or share with a post on the community.

Sunday Funday #6
Week 5 Recap: I AM SHOCKED! 12 total votes 5 Votes for Famous Athlete vs 7 Votes for Famous Artist That seems wild to me. In my eyes, A famous athlete is famous immediately, but a famous artist might never be famous until after they die. Instant Gratitude vs Long Term Histroical Fame This weeks questions! 1. What is something you are really really bad at? And this weeks would you rather --> Would you rather fulfil your biggest wish or resolve your biggest regret?
