I recently broke my wristttt. 😅 and now I'm stuck with leg day and a bunch of sit ups and stuff. anyone exercise recommendations that don't involve my wrists?
Hey you can do planche But a different version you could build shoulder strength by flattening your arms horizontally to your belly-breast level and just do that kind of planche it's really hard trust me You can also adjust the difficulty by leaning less and more forward logically🙂🤲 Hope that helped!
