The Show Must Go On!
Today I had a lot of reservations about the quality of my most recent video, the thumbnail, everything. I felt sick to my stomach. But I hit publish anyway. I have very high standards for my work as I'm sure you do as well. But sometimes you have to push things out and keep going. Do better the next time. You get better at making videos by making a 100 videos. Not trying to perfect 1. And keep in mind, your audience is the final judge. So they may appreciate the work a lot more than you do. And if they aren't happy with it? well the best way to address that is in the next video. Not by holding back and never making progress. Hit that publish button!!

You have made me believe that operators can be content creators. I have so much of myself in the process. Which seemingly no one cares about in marketing. You have showed me that it’s possible for people who are in the weeds operators can provide crazy value. I’m sure it’s good, if not, it’s data
💪 Working On A Saturday? Who's Putting In The Work?
I think the "anti" grind culture can do people a disservice. You don't have to grind if you don't want to. But, you know, you have to sacrifice something to make your dreams come true. (I think thats why following your passions can make things a little easier because its more fun) I'm working today on a Saturday on a YouTube video. I don't want to (probably why I'm writing this post instead). But to achieve my goals, I need to do it, today, not tomorrow, not next week. TODAY. It's not a bad thing to grind, to work hard for your dreams. And it's a lot easier when you work hard on the right things and see some results. That's why I feel its so important to work on the right things. It's very overwhelming and depressing to grind away and see nothing for your work. So make sure to pick the right problem to work on. Don't listen to all the social media gurus telling you that your only problem to success is x, y or z. If you just listened to them and did this ONE thing you'd have success.... right? Naw. Not true. - What do you want? - What is the SINGLE thing right now, keeping you from that? - Double check yourself, if you solve that, will things really change? Example, you want to start a business. So you need a website, right? Well... probably not! Let's pretend you finish that website, it's beautiful. Who's going to see it? NO ONE. Your true problem is attention. My point is, being able to assess your own business, honestly, is a true business skill. Pick items that will REALLY move the needle. Play it out, when I finish this, what will happen? how will life be different? Getting 10K views on a video will move the needle. Trust me. Especially if you get those 10K views everyday. Have you noticed I don't have a website? I'll make well over $100K this month with NO WEBSITE. Take a second right now and answer this question. What is my TRUE SINGLE BIGGEST ROADBLOCK right now. Think on it for a bit. Ask yourself what changes after you're done? How is your life or business really all that different once you're done?

🏆 The 4 Content Strategies You Didn't Know (But You Should)
When it comes to creating content for your business, there are four main strategies that you can adopt. Each has its pros and cons, and it’s important to recognize where you currently stand so you can make adjustments and get the best results. Let’s dive into these four strategies. 1. The "Viral Hacking" Strategy This strategy focuses on algorithms, hooks, and constant tweaking. It’s all about watching the stats—views, watch time, engagement—and obsessing over how to improve them. Viral hackers are always rearranging and republishing content to optimize for maximum reach. This method is highly effective, but it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of in-the-moment analysis. If you have the time or the resources to hire someone skilled in this area, you can see big results. However, for most businesses, it’s not realistic to dive that deep into content analytics every day. 2. The "Good Content" Strategy This is where you should be putting most of your energy. It’s about sitting down, planning, and consistently creating the best content you can in your industry. You’re aware of things like hooks and watch time, but your primary focus is on quality. This strategy tends to be underutilized, but it’s the one that will likely set you apart in the long term. By continually refining your craft, you’ll position yourself as a leader in your niche. 3. The "Check the Box" Strategy In this strategy, you’re creating content just because you know you should be. Maybe you’re outsourcing it to an agency, using AI to rewrite existing content, or having a ghostwriter take over. You’re getting content out, but it’s not likely to make a major impact. While this approach might help you stay consistent, consistency alone isn’t the magic formula for success. If you find yourself in this mode, remember that putting in just enough effort to “check the box” is not a long-term plan for growth. 4. The “I’ll Do It Next Week” Strategy We all know this one. You recognize the importance of content, but you keep putting it off. “I’ll do it next week” becomes a recurring thought, but it never gets done. This strategy will keep you stuck. At some point, you have to commit to doing the work or it simply won’t happen.

Marketing/Sales Automations
Hey Stephen, Loving the content and social posting automation. I was wondering if you had any experience in making sales funnels or process funnel automations? Like referencing emails, or waiting for emails from certain admin with data, extracting the data, adding email Body texts and attachments with the email that’s called, prep the email and have it waiting for approval to send ? Simple example, but I was trying to think about how to build that. I have a few processes in my head that could easily be automated if I just knew how and what things could be “called” and extracted.

Wasn't really what I was looking for either. It's quite frustrating though on my end. My firm doesn't have a way to tweak my email notifications from our CRM, or the initial email I get from the CRM notifying me of a lead. Would it be a better idea to try build out some of the content generation automations myself first before diving into joining No-Code? I'm a Sales Rep for M&A and B2B. Don't own the firm, but I am an independent contractor.

@Paul Durelli I’ll take a second look. It’s hard for me to really figure out what they are doing. I like the how to approach versus the what I can do. I want to see how much effort it would take to build these automations versus just deal with the workflow I have now.

If you have 10+ W2 employees and offer a Major Medical plan, you are likely overpaying the IRS by $1,120 per full time employee.
