I am putting that mace cool down in permanently. I found it good for the brain as well as the body.

Tried this one out today. Really felt good on the second time through. Finished it out with weighted balance work. Good active recovery day.

Mace videos
Thank you for the mace videos this past week. I often use mace 360's as a tabata finisher as it gets my heart rate up and is so much more fun than pounding away on a piece of cardio equipment and it is different from kb work. I had not thought of using mace as a cooldown. Definitely going to try this in the upcoming week.
