Thank you for the mace videos this past week. I often use mace 360's as a tabata finisher as it gets my heart rate up and is so much more fun than pounding away on a piece of cardio equipment and it is different from kb work. I had not thought of using mace as a cooldown. Definitely going to try this in the upcoming week.
