Don't sell AI Chatbots, Sell This InsteadπŸ‘‡
Most business owners aren’t lying awake at night thinking: β€œI really need a chatbot.” But you know what does keep them up? πŸ‘‰ β€œWhat if I can’t keep enough work coming in?” πŸ‘‰ β€œHow do I make sure my team has jobs to feed their families?” πŸ‘‰ β€œIf work slows down, my best employees might leave.” πŸ‘‰ β€œThis business is taking over my lifeβ€”I have no time for my own family.” πŸ‘‰ β€œI know I need more leads, but I don’t have time to chase them.” THAT’S what they actually care about. I was talking to a client the other day, and he told me: "We are hiring ___ (name redacted) from Church to help estimate construction projects as well as manage them, so I am hoping to bring in enough to keep him feeling like he is earning his wages and to make a profit, of course, which is really and truly THE LEAST IMPORTANT to us currently. I really just need to make sure I am keeping enough work flowing to support all of the families we have working on the team." I was surprised by that. πŸ’‘ He’s not thinking about profits first. πŸ’‘ He’s not obsessed with new tools. πŸ’‘ He’s thinking about PEOPLE. This guy isn’t just running a business. He’s carrying the weight of multiple families, mortgages, kids’ futures, and livelihoods on his shoulders. And that’s a heavy burden. What he doesn’t need is another AI chatbot or a random software tool. What he desperately needs is a predictable system that keeps work flowing inβ€”so he never has to wonder whether his team will have enough jobs to keep their lights on. That’s what we sell. πŸš€ A system that keeps their calendar full. πŸš€ Automated follow-up that ensures every lead is nurtured. πŸš€ A process that turns leads into booked jobsβ€”so they can focus on leading, not chasing work. That’s why we don’t just sell AI… We sell PEACE OF MIND for business owners. If you can help your prospects and clients see how what you sell does that, you'll have no problem getting clients. Hope that helps πŸ’ͺ

Joe Rogan's Advice On Selling AI Services...
Okay, so maybe Joe didn't say AI specifically, but his advice is still relevant to what we do. 🀷 One thing I learned a while back that was counterintuitive to what I thought was that selling High-Ticket services is a much better way to grow a business. It's not only better for you, but even more importantly, it's better for your clients. When you charge your clients high-ticket prices it enables you ti devote the time needed to actually get your client results. The new video I made shows you the process I go through when creating high-ticket offers that business owners with money ❀️ to buy. Hope it helps! πŸ’ͺπŸ™πŸ‘Š

Let AI Manage Your Day to Claim Back Hours ⏰
I just came across this AI tool designed to streamline your calendar management. It’s straightforward but powerfulβ€”essentially acting as a personal assistant to help you make the most of your time. The tool is especially useful if you're juggling multiple responsibilities or just looking for ways to be more intentional with your day. Here’s the link if you’d like to check it out: https://youtu.be/-B9NI3VBklo I’d love to hear your thoughtsβ€”are any of you already using AI to manage your schedule or boost productivity? Let’s share ideas. Jason

Client Thanked Me For a $8,500 Sale πŸ’ͺ
Pretty awesome what is possible when you get the offer right. It's tempting to think you can only charge a couple hundred bucks a month, but many businesses out there need help with this kind of stuff. I decided to quote $8,500 & $1,850 p/m after 90 days, and they actually said yes. They own a roofing business and paid another company $18k and $4k a month for 12 months with very little results, so my $8,500 & $1,850 per month (after 90 days) is a bargin. Think bigger and find ways to package all the new tools available for businesses with money.

@Katja Heikkinen I also am running ads for them. I’d normally charge $2,500 per month for including ads,but they are an existing client, so I have them a deal. Same stuff I’ve been doing. Here is an example of the offer and how I sell it: https://www.loom.com/share/196f14ef9b1342bc89c393c661dbd022

I sold my first AI package for $5,800 after doing this πŸ‘‡
A while back I was trying to figure out what kind of AI (and other) services the market wanted. I couldn't quite figure it out, so I set up some calls with business owners in my market and asked them a bunch of questions about their businesses. It didn't take long to figure out what they needed. I took what I learned, created my first offer for $5,800 & $297 p/m, and sold it to the first business owner I pitched it to. It was surprisingly not that hard. I recorded the calls and put a few clips of them in a video. Check it out. Hope it helps πŸ’ͺ

@John Santos I see that a lot man. The best thing to do is find a way to engage with the market. I think if we’re spending our time on anything else other than making offers to the market we are focused on the wrong thing. πŸ’ͺ
