I’ve been in the agency space for over 4 years, scaling my own home improvement agency from $0 - $20k in it’s first 8 months. I’m now a part-time student at University, and I honestly don’t want to run my company anymore. I have so much love for this game and would love to still be involved in it. Looking for roles as: - CSM: I’ve retained clients for over 2 years, signing 6 & 12 mo contracts - Sales, Closer or Setter: I’ve invested around $20k in sales training, closed at average 30% over my agency run. Focused a lot on PIFs and closed multiple deals over $5k, highest being 2 $7K PIFs. - Media buying: I’ve managed over $150k in Meta Ad Spend - COO / OPS: Built a team of 5 in my own company, focused on systems, SOPs and streamlining in ClickUp - Tech & Automation: Landing pages, automations, google sheets, etc. I’m looking for a part or full time role in an agency, or even partnering with an agency and becoming a growth partner.
