Hey I’ve started Calisthenics again in mid-September. During this 3 month of training I’ve made a lot of progress. Doing my first 90d HSPU, 6x3 40kg dips, 6x3 20kg pull up, + 10 HSPU and since January I started a new objectif : Unlock the front lever. Currently I can do 15 sec adv tuck FL and around 5sec one leg FL GOOD TRAINING FOR ALL OF U ! My @matheo.gng
