Post Your Breath Hold (Week 28: July 7th 2025 - July 13th 2025)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life.

W22 Hi everyone. Haven't been practicing any breathing or holding for entire week. Really no time and lack of sleep... This morning started again and it was surprisingly very relaxing D3 Tiger stretches, 10 Ujjayi 10+3, then 2 hholds on inhale 2:13 and 3:00 with 10+3 between 23 push-ups on exhale for finish.. Glad to start again

W20 D6 So I got some under sea water holds.. first in the morning did some fast 30min trekking up the hill, then down to the beach and prepped for inhale holds under water. Started with 1:20 to see how it was... felt great. Then 3 more 2:00 2:30 2:40 Holding was not the problem but cold water.. it cooled down over night. Still, feeling was amazing, so I'm gonna repeat it tomorrow morning Nice breathing weekend to all๐Ÿฌโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ
