2X Your Lead Conversion Rates with 1 Make.com automation
“If you could only set up 1 automation to get the highest possible ROI, what would you do?” I’d do this! Classic lead nurturing hack called “Speed-to-Lead” which 90%+ of agencies still don’t use and lose 1-2 sales a month because of that. Grab the JSON and plug it into your system if you haven’t already got yourself a lead nurture intern on speed dial (like Hormozi's friend)😉 Feel free to tweak it for yourself and if you come across any problems, feel free to contact and I’ll walk you through it with no strings attached
Would love to hear your thoughts
just curious to learn how other agency owners handle this.. What's the most annoying but necessary task in your agency that - sucks up all your (or your team's) time - or even blocks you from scaling and that you sometimes wish could just take care of itself? sharing ideas might help all of us save time. no pressure, just curious to hear what works for you!
Automated CRM Entries Using Meeting Transcripts
I am wanting to use transcripts from meetings to automatically update CRM entries with clients / prospects. Does anyone do this currently? I'm considering OtterPilot / Notetaker -> post in slack -> Zapier watches the chat and parses notes and proposes updates to CRM -> human in loop accepts -> CRM updates. Would time savings with automated CRM entry like this be valuable for others? Thoughts?

I’d use Make.com for this workflow since it’s more cost-efficient. Here’s a sample setup you could build for the automation: You can even call OtterPilot’s hidden APIs directly and skip the Slack step. That way everything runs on one platform and feels less overwhelming.
How I save 50 hours and $70/month for my last client with one simple Make.com scenario
This setup is a great fit for SMMAs or anyone working with content at scale. If you’re interested, I can share the JSON file for Make.com along with the API provider I use in the video — you can test it yourself on free trials and see if it fits your workflowa Check out the video, and feel free to ask me anything in the comments!

@Gabriel Barros Hey Gabriel! Yeah, it's a cake walk to replace the Dropbox with Google Drive module. If you wish, I can send you the modified JSON file
