Fighting with blender lighting again :P
Created my second car rim after watching @Nikita Kapustin video and decided to render it on blender, but the minute I feel that I understand lighting it comes back to hunt me teehehehe! (This ever happen to anyone while learning?). Anyways, could use some pointers :). I am thinking I should add a sun light to reflect it from the front and a bit of the back, then adding light after that (bah will try this I guess, trying to get them details to show)... anyways, Thanks. Plugin: Light Wrangler.

Light Wrangler is a great plugin! I was using HDR Light studio, but Indy is gone, so I switched to Light Wrangler. I tried lighting the wheels, but it was difficult. The key is to create differences in the surfaces by changing the way the light hits them, and in that respect Light Wrangler is an easy-to-use plugin. I think it's good to try to imitate the lighting of real wheels.
