Do you need motivation to move?
I suggest put your exercise as an appointment in your diary. Make sure you treat it as important and not cancel unless you have a good reason. What other suggestions do you have? Comment below!

Scheduling your exercise time is definitely key for me. I also listen to my body and how I react when I exercise. I find, mentally, if I don't exercise first thing in the day, and say I will go later, it simply doesn't happen. So the morning works for me.

I am through menopause, however looking back, I found it quite a confusing time. Very sweaty and sleeping was tough.
