[START HERE] Welcome to the Resilience Academy!
You're now part of a community where resilience isn't just a concept—it's a way of life. Over the past 30 years, I've dedicated myself to wellness, and the past 8 years of living with Motor Neurone Disease has only deepened my understanding of what it truly means to be resilient. This space is where you'll find the tools, support, and inspiration to build your resilience and face life's challenges head-on. In this community, we celebrate each other's victories, no matter how big or small, and support each other through the tough times. We're all here to grow, push boundaries, and discover new depths of our strength together. Ready to dive in? Here’s your first step to becoming an active part of this community: - Introduce yourself below! Tell us who you are, what brought you here, and what resilience means to you. - Comment on 3 other introductions to start connecting with fellow members. - Like 2 people’s comments to show your support. Remember, this journey is about taking action. Engage, share your experiences, and watch your resilience grow. The more you interact, the more you'll unlock in our community—both in resources and in personal growth. Let’s get started and build resilience together!

INTRODUCTION
Hi everyone! I’m Philip from Kenya 🇰🇪. Lost two brothers, my father, and other loved ones to MND. That grief now fuels my purpose. To me, resilience means rising again and again—especially when it hurts most. ALS has silenced too many. I speak for them, and for families across Kenya and Africa who suffer quietly, asking why and hoping someone will hear. I’m here to grow with you all and keep their voices alive.
