๐Ÿ“… Daily Check-in - May 25,2026 ๐Ÿ’ญ Reflection: "I've tried to have or to plan my days for quite some time now and I feel that that's been a benefit to me. This today was really quite interesting because now since I've started this course, I found how much the critic is appearing in my conversations or voicing itself. One of the planned things I had was to write an email to the estate lawyer firstly because she hadn't responded now for a week and a half and many things went through my brain but just to clarify a few things. And then I found my critic saying, don't over explain, don't ask too much. And then I said, well if I don't ask, how will I know?

Hang in there, lots of times it is like โ€œone step forwards and two steps backโ€. Perhaps in a fortnightโ€™s time this practice of going to bed earlier and the feeling of being rested will help assist you in balancing other aspects of your life. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŒฟ

Hello!
Hi everyone! I live in Oregon and I am a homemaker. I have 2 neurodivergent kiddos. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue in 2011 after my second child was born. But in the last year, I've been thinking I may have ADHD inattentive type. I know the symptoms can overlap but my biggest challenge is how my brain works. I have so many "tabs" open in my brain of things I want/need to do. It's hard to shut off. I also have a hard time concentrating and jump to different projects because I get bored. I'm waiting to to talk to my dr about an evaluation. Excited to be here!

Yesterday, I almost didn't have any time to rest, my Feng Shui teacher is making me taste all kids of Eastern foods and teaching me new things, in the evening I met a friend who came from Singapore just to meet me in person from the 1st time and we filmed a testimonial, I went back to the hotel late and reset my room's Feng Shui. Today, I received my last Nei Gong and Chinese Medicine treatment and my situation absolutely improved, then we had a planned tour to see Hindu Temples, feed the monkeys and the eagles on a boat trip. A dream that I had last December and that led me to accept the invitation to come here came true today - pure magic. There are no words that can describe the Blessings that life is bringing me and I can only be so grateful!
