TEAR OF JOY!!!
Because I found this group when I did, because so many of you helped me believe in myself, because you reminded me that I'm not stupid.....we just think differently...and because you encouraged me to keep putting one foot in front of the other, even on the hard days... Today, I received confirmation that my LLC was officially approved. I've been dreaming about this for years. I've even had the name of my business picked out for years. Today, that dream became reality. Thank you to every person here who has shared your struggles, your victories, your advice, and your encouragement. You may never realize how much your words have meant to someone you've never met. Today is a huge milestone for me, and I just wanted to share it with the people who helped me get here. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥲

Day 4 Done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: my procrastination, and my regulation Wind-down pattern I noticed: I noticed I felt more relaxed and unwound a bit more Morning pattern I noticed: Having the sun on my face in the morning which helped, and the staring at the wall which was hard but worth it. I decided to close my open loop:I felt it would benefit me and it really has. And it made me feel: Awesome, awake, alive my body felt less tense What surprised me: My nervous system] was shot but I feel like I have had a new lease of life especially since doing this challenge.

It’s the last day before work and I’m eager to get back and put into practice what I ah e learned. Day 3 Done!
The belief that's been holding me back most: My procrastination and impulsivity. Where it came from: I've struggled with procrastination and impulsivity for as long as I can remember. As I've gotten older, both have become more challenging, partly due to hormonal changes. My new code: Instead of focusing on how difficult it feels to get started, I'll begin with just one or two small steps. Taking small actions will help me build momentum and make steady progress on any task or project. My Future Self statement: “ I am the kind of person who overcomes procrastination and impulsivity by consistently putting in the work. Every small step I take moves me closer to my goals and helps me make meaningful progress."
Today’s body doubling session
I completed day 3 of the ADHD Focus Reset: My mood today: 9.8-10 My focus score today: 10-10 Reflection on body doubling: I want to do that again 😄 I got so much done. I am thrilled. Maybe we should start a WhatApp group where we just work 😂 thank you so much to everyone who joined who was body doubling me. Optional reflection/win: This is an only an overview each sections has a lot of links, and commentary on how to set up a new joiner for each team area. I’m nowhere near finished but just getting started will help me get it finished finally after months of procrastinating over it. AI Jim was write it’s not just one task it has a lot of layers and I need to think about each layer separately 😊 Establishment; Fill in the establishment forms links, Fill in Pinpoint system link. Contact recruitment to organise: Set up the interviews, Set up the STAR questions, Set up any tasks, Asking for any adjustments needed for interview Start date: Confirm start date Who to contact: Request for equipment and to update asset numbers, on the following Laptop, Mobile, Headset, to be purchased. Add new joiner to insurances all the we need, name RCVS numbers, start date, how many hours they will work. Setting up new joiner training: Organise New joiner induction training, Organise Health and safety training, Organise team induction Probation: Meet on a monthly basis to review: etc etc……..
