Etsy Scammer?
Hi guys, just wanted to come on here to ask about this situation i had. Had a customer seem very interested in one of my prints, however he then sent a link (the attached image) which looks fairly legit. I assume they target those who haven’t had a sale yet and are less familiar with the site. Their account was deleted less than 10 minutes later so i assume this is a scam correct?

Yep. In future cases, don’t even open the link (could be a phishing link). If you really want to, hover over it and you’ll see in the bottom left corner of your screen the think it’ll direct you to - if it’s not familiar do not even risk it. It’s easy to fall for these things when you get excited that a customer is contacting you, but 90% of the time it’s a scam.

Bulk mockup not working
Anyone ever had this issue before with the bulk listing tool? Just one of my psd files isn't rendering in well even though I've had this same file in all my templates for the last 60 listings. Used up 10 credits and they've all failed! Haven't wanted to waste more credits seeing if it's fixed yet. any help would be good thanks

Setting Up 2 Shops
Hey all noob question here. I’m looking to setup two Etsy shops with two different niches. Do I have to setup two print shrimp accounts or can I point print shrimp at two shops ? Hoping this works. Willing to put in graft and only looking to hit £1k a month to supplement income. So fingers are firmly crossed

Bulk remove video
Hi guys, recently had a bit of an epiphany about the video I've been attaching to hundreds of my listings and I basically want to remove the video from all of my listings! I know Etsy doesn't allow you to bulk remove video so does anyone know another method of doing this quickly / maybe printshrimp could help? Thanks

Etsy Sales
When you get a sale, do you send any emails to the buyers? "Order being processed", "thank you for your order "etc?

I used to do this, but recently had a warning about sending unsolicited messages and had a messaging ban. So personally I will be avoiding doing this!

@Mihai Volintiriu no, haven’t got round to it yet and I kinda cba! Didnt really get much from messaging customers after anyway so it’s not a huge loss
