We are looking for folks that want to own part of a great asset in San Diego but don’t want to have to do part of the work. Specifically, you are limited partner enjoying great returns! We are a 506b syndication with a minimum investment of $50k. We have twice weekly Zoom presentations on the opportunity if you are interested.
