San Diego 28 Unit deal

Hello Multifamily Strategy friends. You have heard me mention the 28 unit deal my son Drew and I are in in San Diego. We are looking for folks that want to own part of a great asset in San Diego but don’t want to have to do part of the work. Specifically, you are limited partner enjoying great returns! We are a 506b syndication with a minimum investment of $50k. We have twice weekly Zoom presentations on the opportunity if you are interested. Which is also a great training for you to lead a similar Zoom on your future deals! It’s a pro team of GPs and sponsors/key principals.

We also have 1 spot left as a hybrid LP/GP where you will be doing some of the work and see the whole investment from the inside. That is a minimum of $200k.
