And the wild part? It’s much simpler than most people think. So, here's the situation: A while back, when ClickFunnels 2.0 launched, everyone in the community was confused. Every day I’d see posts like: “Does anyone know how to move my funnels from CF Classic to 2.0?” “Is there a migration tool?” “Do I really have to rebuild everything manually?” People were stuck, frustrated, and wasting hours. And that’s when something clicked for me. If so many people were running into the same roadblock… maybe there was an opportunity hidden in the chaos? Right around that time, I stumbled onto a tool that handled the Classic → 2.0 migration automatically — fast, clean, and without all the manual rebuilding (this was before BarnumPT came out). But here’s the catch: ClickFunnels groups don’t allow links or promo. So even though I found a tool that solved the problem instantly… I couldn’t publicly share anything about it (and I didn’t want to go against their community rules). Which meant the only ethical way to share the lead magnet… …was through 1-on-1 conversations. So, here's what I did: Instead of trying to force a link into the comments, I decided to create something genuinely useful first. I built a simple lead magnet that explained: ✅ why migration was so confusing ✅ what manual options existed ✅ and how the right tool could fix everything in minutes This is what I call "The Bridge Funnel Technique" — creating a tiny, helpful resource that naturally “bridges” the gap between the problem and the product. Then, whenever someone posted about migration and seemed stuck, I sent them a personal DM:

I'm proud of myself. I set a goal and a timeline to do my first webinar from start to finish by September 19th, and you'll be happy to know I completed that goal yesterday! Man was I nervous. All the professionals make it look so easy with their smooth transitions and skill. Little did I know how hard it is to maintain high energy AND talk for that long with no breaks! (No washroom breaks AT ALL lol). Also, my voice went midway. So, note to self, bring water next time. But all in all it was a great experience and I look forward to repeating it next week!
