HIGH LEVEL GROUP WORKOUT TODAY
Starting our high-level high school group today... we are going to film it and give a "behind the scenes" view for you guys. What do you want to see?

Hey Danny I don't know if this is off-topic but I'd love to see a full camp recording. Doesn't have to be this specific group, I just mean in general. I coach 2 teams and the after-school program at our school. Sometimes we do camps for beginners but just in general I would find it super helpful if you could post a full camp/group session recording from start to finish. I think there is an awful lot of value in that for any coach that is thinking about running camps or full day group-skill development sessions or anyone that is coaching a new team and wants to use your approach but wonders how to install it or how to get started. But yes, a full recording of a day or weekend with a group/team, that would be cool. (Intro, Warm up, SSG's, Drills, Constraints etc.)

Business Constraints
Been thinking a lot about this concept lately... similar to constraints in basketball. What are the constraints in my business? How can I attack and solve that constraint? For me, I am currently trying to solve a time and scaling constraint. With 2 Academy locations, it is a lot on my plate to manage and make sure everything goes smoothly. I know my time is best spent studying film and working with our high-level players - so I can't be worried daily about how things are running on the home front. So how can I solve this issue? Hiring. We are currently aggressively hiring 3 new trainers to join the DCB Team. This will allow me to have 2 trainers in each location, as well as @Jake Rainier as the Director overseeing things. My goal is to get here within 6 months, to truly free up my time and allow me to move on to the next stage of my business. What are your biggest constraints?

Hey Danny somewhat related to your post, If you haven't covered it already, I think it would be cool to know what you look for in a new trainer that you hire and It would be super interesting to hear how you get your new trainers up to speed in terms of Mindset, Drills, Structure and so forth so that they can deliver sessions at a level that you are happy with. I would assume you prefer trainers with experience, but maybe I'm wrong. Once a new trainer comes on board, are you trying to give them a template/library of drills to choose from, or do you encourage them to customize the sessions according to the player/group they will be coaching, which would take some experience on their end, of course? If you have any insights to share, that would be great. It might also be a good fit for your business course for any coach who is ready to scale. I still have to go through that course, so you might have already covered it. I checked out a couple of videos, and they were great so far.
Full CAMPS added!
Just added a tab to the small sided games course with full videos from camps we've done around the globe. Thank you for adding them! The Chicago Camp is exactly what I was looking for. Do you do any all-day camps at all or mostly 1-3 hour sessions?

Best basketball shoe for hooping?

I looked into this and in terms of comfort, the shoes most worn by pros saying they are very comfortable and just overall great shoes are the Sabrinas (Worn by Men & Women), Book1 and Nike GT Cut. Based on this I bought the Book 1 and I can confirm that they are extremely comfortable right from the first day of wearing them. I get the same feedback from my players that wear them. The most popular shoe that I see kids wearing at games, at least here where I coach, is the latest Ja Morant.
