✨ Working hard… but feeling drained or unclear? ✨
This might resonate if: - You’re doing a lot but still feel exhausted - You’re working hard yet lack clarity or direction - You feel pulled in many directions and disconnected from yourself - You’re building something (career, business, life) but don’t want to burn out I created a small Skool community called The Wheel of Life Lab 🌀 based on my own journey — as a mom, employee, business owner, and entrepreneur trying to build a life that feels both successful and fulfilling. What helped me stay grounded and focused was learning to look at my life as a whole — health, energy, career, finances, relationships, and personal growth — and then work on each area step by step instead of trying to fix everything at once. Inside the community: - We assess different life areas using the Wheel of Life - We work on one area at a time - We use simple reflections and practical exercises that fit real life - We focus on the journey, not just the destination Because success means very little if we lose ourselves along the way. We’re just getting started, and you’re warmly welcome to join if you’re seeking clarity, balance, and sustainable growth. https://www.skool.com/the-wheel-of-life-lab-5381/about?ref=fd1c615a02cf4808899c26e665c409bf

LOOKING AT THIS WEEK, I CAN FEEL IT ALREADY
This week is going to start with a bit of an overwhelming day because Lily has her face-to-face assessment with the Child Paediatric Psychologist . I already know it’s going to send her into overdrive because she’s seeing a doctor she’s never met before, answering questions, and having to interact with someone she doesn’t know, which is really challenging for her. Alongside that, I’ve got things happening in my community, conversations and connections that I absolutely love, especially with mums who are going through similar things to what me and Lily have gone through or are still going through. Sometimes things come up that are completely different to my own experience too, and that’s actually really good to see. I’m also getting things organised for my trip to Bali. I’m very much a planner, thanks autism, and I need to know the what, the when, and the where so I’m not left last minute planning. Because last minute planning sends my nervous system into overdrive. We also need to get Lily’s sleep medication sorted because she’s run out, and we’re getting back into our daily exercise schedule because that slipped over Christmas. When I look at this week, I can see how much emotional and mental load sits underneath what looks like “just life”. It’s parenting, planning, supporting, regulating, and still showing up in the places that matter to me. When you look at your week ahead, what’s the part that takes up the most space in your head, even if no one else sees it?

Thank you for sharing this so openly. It really highlights how much unseen emotional and mental work goes into “just life,” especially when you’re supporting someone you love so deeply. Wishing Lily (and you) gentleness this week 💛

If you could give your child (or a loved one) a super power… what would it be?⭐️🚀

@Suki Kermali, Definitely, that’s what I would do too. I’d probably add confidence. I feel like it naturally grows as we gain more knowledge.

@Syed Aayatullah Shah Good question! We’re just getting started, and our approach is to keep things intentionally simple — one life area at a time. Members work with practical exercises, small doable steps, and gentle check-ins, so progress feels manageable and sustainable. The goal is consistency through clarity, not pressure— and we’re excited to see how the community grows and responds as we go 🚀. And you? What are you doing?

Day 1 of Challenge for midlifers!!
Today was officially Day 1 of the Midlife Nervous System Reset Challenge in the “Midlife Nervous System Rewire” community and it has been sooooo good!!! We’re keeping it simple on purpose: One tool. Practiced over and over again in real life to help build a consistent, go to habit! And with the challenge, as you participate, you move up levels and just a little bit more is released. Bcs last thing we need is more overwhelm! And already, members are noticing (taken from comments on our day 1 post!) - “I realized I didn’t feel safe… and knew exactly what to do.” - “I used it twice on a busy workday and felt my body soften.” - “It’s simple, but the awareness shift is huge.” - “I finally understand how to use tools together and why it matters.” So there’s no overwhelm. No fixing. Just learning how to check in, respond, and feel better now. This is why we start slow and focused… because regulation isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what works. If midlife feels louder on your nervous system than it used to… this work meets you right there! (Or if you know someone who would benefit, please share!) https://www.skool.com/midlife-nervous-system-rewire/about?ref=06e003b61b8148ebbafd3a067f3cc2e1

Love this 🔥 Keeping it simple, focused, and regulation-first makes such a difference. The awareness and real-life application you’re describing is powerful. That same “less overwhelm, more what works” approach is something we really value in Wheel of Life Lab too 🌱
