Totally frustrated
@Eamma Spencer @Renold Revales @Sara Edvardsson @Dario Costa @Admin I'm going to totally vent because that's what "participation" is asking for and I decided this year was going to be different. It's time for a change so I decided I was going to power myself into playing full out here in the hopes that the course is "different". Like me. So this post is not just for admin but for anyone, even one person, who thinks like me, processes information like me, is having the same experience as me. Just one person, because so far I feel like I don't fit. Granted it's only day 1 but this is the journey and I really made an effort to commit which is super hard because neurodivergence, focus, procrastination, priorities, overwhelm, frustration are all a problem. That's why I'm here. First, hoping there is an Admin on ET time who can help with a tech issue with the AI. I followed the instructions and texted Jim but it's obviously too late in Europe. I finished the video part of Day 1 but can't continue because although I signed up a few days ago, I didn't get the AI link (but am getting the community emails). I entered my email again today now that I understand the 5 days but still no AI link. I hope I don't have to wait until Day 2 and then have a backlog of stuff to do. Exactly why I'm not here. My list is already long enough and overwhelm is already present. Now feeling super overwhelmed and anxious. If I don't "check" the boxes in day 1, I can't even unlock day 2. ADMIN. Is there a direct link to the AI you can send me please? Second, I'm just going to vent. Strangely after watching the day 1 video, I have to say been there done that. I've done Joe Dispenza/LOA/NLP Coaching/energy spirit stuff/etc, which is the process I saw today, plus Wim Hof and a bunch of other breathing protocols, plus followed Gabor Mate, Jim Kwik's 1% rule (which he actually took from someone else). Bruce Lipton's Biology of Belief and epigenetics is classic. Neuroplasticity, yes.

@Elliott N You are not alone :) Overwhelm , procrastination, several windows full of tabs open on my computer. hundreds of books and courses most of them unfinished etc. I lost more battles than I won but I will never give up trying .. lately I have heard something that stuck with with me. It roughly trasnlated to " You can not treat your head with your head " May be you are like me keep thinking in circles trying to think our way to a more cooperating brain. I realized that it will take more than using " the head". If you haven't already do some research on Keto diet for ADHD and brain regulaton. I know it helps because i get more clarity on longer water fasts. Regular exercise is a powerful, science-backed, non-pharmaceutical tool for managing ADHD symptoms, offering benefits similar to stimulant medication by increasing dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine. And meditation is a proven tool. the traditional sitting one never worked for me so I will be exploring Tai chi and walking moving meditations.. I was just making my plans when this 5 day course came up so why not ? BTW the AI insight after my answer made me feel much better about myself :) I hope it will do the same to you .

@Deb Brouwer I ve just started reading the book book "Brain Energy", by Dr. Chris Palmer . He discusses the ketogenic diet as a metabolic treatment for various mental health conditions, and in related talks and discussions surrounding his research, the potential benefits for ADHD are addressed within the context of the "brain energy" theory. Keto as Metabolic Treatment: The ketogenic diet is presented as a way to improve mitochondrial function and provide a more stable fuel source for the brain. - ADHD-Specific Potential: While the book focuses heavily on severe mental illnesses (bipolar, schizophrenia), related discussions and studies indicate that the ketogenic diet may help with ADHD by stabilizing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and improving neurotransmitter (dopamine) function. - Symptoms Improved: The diet is cited as a potential method to improve focus, concentration, and emotional stability in individuals with ADHD. My only experience running on ketones was during my 3 day water fasts that I do from time to time to feel better mentally and physically. My longest water fast was 20 days and I could never forget the feeling of peace It gave me . My ketometer showed me that the clarity of thinking correlated with being in ketosis . The carnivoire diet is an easier ( no counting macros ) way of getting there but it is possible to do keto with any type of diet even vegetarian. Here is an interesting testimonial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xv-p4cm8v7U
