Totally frustrated
@Eamma Spencer @Renold Revales @Sara Edvardsson @Dario Costa @Admin I'm going to totally vent because that's what "participation" is asking for and I decided this year was going to be different. It's time for a change so I decided I was going to power myself into playing full out here in the hopes that the course is "different". Like me. So this post is not just for admin but for anyone, even one person, who thinks like me, processes information like me, is having the same experience as me. Just one person, because so far I feel like I don't fit. Granted it's only day 1 but this is the journey and I really made an effort to commit which is super hard because neurodivergence, focus, procrastination, priorities, overwhelm, frustration are all a problem. That's why I'm here. First, hoping there is an Admin on ET time who can help with a tech issue with the AI. I followed the instructions and texted Jim but it's obviously too late in Europe. I finished the video part of Day 1 but can't continue because although I signed up a few days ago, I didn't get the AI link (but am getting the community emails). I entered my email again today now that I understand the 5 days but still no AI link. I hope I don't have to wait until Day 2 and then have a backlog of stuff to do. Exactly why I'm not here. My list is already long enough and overwhelm is already present. Now feeling super overwhelmed and anxious. If I don't "check" the boxes in day 1, I can't even unlock day 2. ADMIN. Is there a direct link to the AI you can send me please? Second, I'm just going to vent. Strangely after watching the day 1 video, I have to say been there done that. I've done Joe Dispenza/LOA/NLP Coaching/energy spirit stuff/etc, which is the process I saw today, plus Wim Hof and a bunch of other breathing protocols, plus followed Gabor Mate, Jim Kwik's 1% rule (which he actually took from someone else). Bruce Lipton's Biology of Belief and epigenetics is classic. Neuroplasticity, yes.

As often happens, I plan and something comes up to shift my priorities so I missed the live at 12pm ET. I'm trying to get into the recording for Day 1 and it's still locked for me. How do I unlock it? I'm here now and ready. I don't want to lose my window. Also by the way, I have gone through the introduction yesterday and it doesn't track that I have. It still shows 0% although I watched then clicked through several times again. @Dario Costa

@Ash N Thank you. I didn't see that. Most platforms do it once you access and go through it automatically. Got it now.
On the journey like everyone else
Hello, I'm Elliott. I work with people globally although I live in Ontario, Canada. I'm much better at helping others than myself. Sometimes I make a living at it. I'm interested to see how this 5 day challenge could actually change the way I think for the better, maybe help me get more done and grow by applying a new way of thinking. Maybe it's just unresolved trauma and maybe it's thinking strategy. We'll see. I appreciate this and hope it's more than just a taste, as I see there is a 6 weeks program that doesn't unlock for 39 days. I know myself, I'll be on to something else if the first part doesn't go deep and I have to wait weeks for the depth to start. I will add for fun that today on the 16personalities test I'm a INTP-T. It's been years since I took the test last and since I saw that you could show your myers-briggs result in your profile, I like this one better so here it is. It's mostly correct. Anyone else taken the test?

Two months ago: 500 members. Today: over 2,200 🤯 Soon, we're going live with the next round of the ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge. This totally depends on what I'm doing and how I want to change my state. I'm primary auditory but also visual kinesthetic. Always though it is without words, just instrumental but I have significant varied tastes so it could go from minimalist, to classical, to duduk, to mystical, to cultural, to piano, to electronic, etc, etc....The challenge becomes on choosing something I really like vs having to settle because of time constraints.
