⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. Is it just me..
I just watched the Q&A and it only just occurred to me from something Jim said that I could have been using the blueprint to follow along with everyone on the 6 week course. When I got access a few weeks ago, I thought I need to make time to go through it analytically instead of experientially. I totally missed the practicality and opportunity. Ah that's just me in my head as usual. Anyone else miss the boat? LOL.

@Tracy Weiss Thanks Tracy and @Darci Wert . I appreciate the support. That wasn't what I meant but thank you! :-) Doing 6 weeks in one week isn't effective, and super overwhelming, although powering through is certainly the mindset I want to get away from anyway.

@Paul Brooker I hope your fast this time went well. I finished my 3 day fast this morning. Water and electrolytes. Next time it's 5 days. Thanks for sharing this time. Blessings.

@MaryAnne Camaiani Oh, I suppose I should add that while my fast was "only" water and electrolytes, I also continue to take a truck load of supplements which include potassium, b3 and magnesium at bed. I also include vit c, d, zinc, and other things daily. My close friend who is a wholistic nutritionist advised me and I asked them several times about the coffee based on the feedback here. For sure there is research and everyone should learn to read research to fully understand what is often misunderstood when a person gets the "research" second or third or fourth hand. Often the media will highlight something, as will an "Influencer" but they skip significant details. It's important too to know your body and do what's best for you. I drink coffee rarely but when I do it's always black. It's not really coffee anymore scientifically if you add something to it. :-) I totally appreciate good coffee from the source like Ethiopia, Uruguay, and other countries known for it!

Best free program ever and can't wait to get the pdf in 50 days! So fun to see so many MGs once the Human Design aspect came up. I can't believe how great it feels to have the evening wind down! and the AI report was mindblowing. So wish I had the $$ for the 6 week but I am confident I'll make progress on my own till I get the pdfs and then hope to do the live program with another cohort. Thank you so much Jim. You've made it to the list of the blessings I'm thankful for. WHat a beautiful mission you have.

@Lois Hamilton The evening protocol had options. I'm curious to know what specifically you are doing and is it the same every night or do you change it up? How many nights did it take you to notice a difference?
