@Catherine Smith perhaps you could start with a headline such as "Simple food swaps can be a game changer for your energy levels" or something like that and then go straight into your client's story? Just an idea!!

@Melitta Campbell I have taken into account your valuable feedback and have reviewed my copy as below. 💦We all know that drinking water is good for you! 🔋 But did you know that staying hydrated throughout the day can be a game-changer for your energy levels? ☕️ Do you reach out for that cup of coffee in the hope that it will help you get though the day? 🥱 😶‍🌫️ Well it might help kick the energy in, but it won’t help you sustain it or even keep you focussed or productive 🙃. Drinking water thoughout the day will! ⚡️Imagine waking up feeling excited and energised about your day, and instead of relying on coffee, you sip water throughout the day? 💧 💧💧Hydration can indeed make all the difference! 🎯We should aim for at least 30-35 millilitres of water per kilogram of bodyweight. 😁 It has so many health benefits too, besides keeping you energised!! For example 👇 🧠 It improves your ability to think, focus and remember stuff (our brain is 80% water after all) ⛑ It helps your body to function and perform, 🙌It keeps your skin healthy, 🤭It can also keep the snacking at bay (thirst can be felt as hunger!) and eventually help you lose unwanted weight 🙏 😀See, drinking water has superpowers! And it can be so simple! 🥛 My best tip is to fill up a bottle with how much you should be drinking and start your day with a glass. Hey! So one of my core topics is nutrition, and this is my draft task for today. I am not yet ready to post it because I haven't launched yet but as planning my social media is in the cards, this is a great exercise. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
