Today we celebrate Mother´s Day here in Spain (we celebrate it the first Sunday in the month of May). So I´ve got my presents - these lovely flowers that I will plant today - so today I will be working in my garden a lot (tomatoes to be raised, we have to prune some trees and plant some more herbs). I hope you all have a beautiful Sunday and share some photos to see what you are up to :))

Good morning, beautiful people and I hope you have a gorgeous Monday! May will be a month where we will talk a lot about insulin and about insulin resistance. And we will talk about all the key things we could implement to fix the insulin resistance. We will take it step by step. Don´t worry, everything will remain posted in the Classroom and you can get back to it whenever you feel like it. This is what we will do, step by step: 📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝📝 1️⃣Assessment: you will take a quiz to see if you have insulin sensitivity (or resistance) - as soon as you can. 2️⃣Note down your score. So cool that May 1st in on a Friday, right? I hope you all have a great weekend 🌟🌟🌟 🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢 Key things that will happen this weekend: - we will wrap up the April Gut GlowUp Challenge and those of you who took the quiz at the beginning will take the quiz again to compare results - we will start to prepare for May Challenge (Insulin Sensitivy) - on Sunday we will have our Sunday Story (I know I´m writing too long for these but bear with me, they are Beautiful Science and you could go back to them whenever you want) - 🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢🟢 In the morning I lift some weights or I do squats with a 12kg kettle bell.
