So reflecting on last week I feel like I finally found my sweet spot for tracking movement, the balance that feels strong and intentional but still realistic for my life right now. It’s definitely more intense than what I was doing post young kids but still fits my schedule and my energy. I can feel it in my body, that mix of strength, endorphins, and mental health benefits that just hits right. So this week, the goal isn’t to change anything. It’s to keep showing up, to commit to this consistency until it feels automatic. I’m giving myself about four weeks to really lock it in. Once it feels boring in the best way, that’s when I know it’s a habit, and then I’ll layer in the next level. I also had a super fun surprise win this week — I played tennis for the first time in forever at a friend’s 40th birthday party called “The Wimbledon.” It was on a real tennis court, we wore white, there were snacks, and oh my gosh it was so fun. It reminded me how much I love movement that feels playful. That kind of joyful movement just hits differently. I want more of that. --- ✨ **Focus Area:** Movement 🎯 **This Week’s Goal:** Three intentional workouts Not tied to running specifically, could be running, lifting, or figure skating, which I’ve been loving lately. 🛠️ **Good / Better / Best** Good = 150 minutes total movement at 6 out of 10 intensity Better = 150 minutes at 6 out of 10 intensity plus one extra movement Best = 150 minutes at 6 out of 10 intensity plus two extra movements 🧩 **System Setup** WHO: Me, girlfriends WHAT: Track minutes of movement at 6 out of 10 intensity WHERE: Home, rink, outside, or home gym WHEN: Skating evenings, weights a.m., running when I can with flexibility ONE THING TO MAKE IT EASIER: Track minutes and post below with skool shift commitment and count any intentional movement 🌱 **Growth Notes** This week is about trusting consistency, building the baseline until it’s so natural I don’t have to think about it. I’m realizing that joy in movement matters just as much as intensity. The more I lean into what feels good, the more sustainable it becomes. Movement that feels playful, consistent, and freeing — that’s the win right now.
