Love it! I think in need to turn on notifications for this app. My default is to have no notifications on my phone, but I think if I did have them here I would end up on here instead of social media apps when I do open my phone! I would much rather see everyone’s P’s than random Instagram reels!

What are things that make everyone feel nourished? I had a tough time with that question so curious on everyone's thoughts.

The first thing that came to my mind was very literal….FRUIT! But also flowers and physically touching the earth (walking barefoot, swimming, hugging trees lol) and big ol hugs from my family, especially my nieces and nephews 😊

I’m winning by being in the moment and slowing down time by being present. I’m currently at running camp, which is technically work, but doesn’t feel at all like it. I am very thankful for the time with my coworkers who happen to be my best friends, and for connecting with really awesome and engaged teenagers, which is helping me reset my mindset after the tough year I had teaching.
