Meal Prep Hacks
What are your favorite meal prep hacks? Mine is using rotisserie chicken. I use it in everything. Here in Hawaii it’s actually cheaper to buy a pre-made rotisserie chicken and shred it up and dump it into all sorts of things versus buying chicken breasts and cooking them. (Just have to be careful about what the rotisserie chicken is based in…..I do avoid Costco rotisserrie chickens. Most of the ones at my local stores just use soy sauce as a basting but I remove the skin so……)

i make shredded chicken w bone broth in the instant pot pot for the week. Usually I eat it with rice and a vegetable. Also prepping veggies for the week is helpful.
Fasting
I see a lot of post about fasting and was wondering if anyone can share what is the longest you went without food and about your experience. Did you dry fast, drink water thoughout the day or incoporate juices as well?

I was watching Dr. Stacy sims on YouTube talk about fasting for women and how as women it’s better to eat first thing in the morning because for women cortisol rises the moment we wake up it and it also increases if we don't eat. coffee also raises cortisol. I learned men can burn fat fasting but women don’t function the same way! I like to eat first thing in the am sometimes force feed myself eggs so I can have energy to work out an hour later. working out fasted gave me headaches and I felt as tho I couldn’t catch up to my protein intake. Has anyone had a similar experience? I think it’s about feeding our hormones.

If you haven’t had a chance yet, head over to the Classroom and start at the top! This is where fixing your mebolism begins. Thanks so much!! These are great I’ll work on my next grocery list. This is what I made today. We made steak yesterday so I added that in for my protein. It’s a tablespoon of kimchee, brocolli, mushrooms, carrots, white rice with tamari (GF soy sauce)
