Building This Community Together
Welcome to Mojo Fitness Online — and thank you so much for being here from the very beginning. This space is brand new, and you’re part of the first group helping to shape what Mojo becomes. I want to be completely transparent about how it works and how it’s going to support you. A few important bits to get started: - ✅ Please make sure you’ve downloaded the Mojo Fitness app — this is where your workouts, nutrition support and habit tools live. If you havent had an eamil, check your junk folders! - 📅 All weekly group coaching calls are now in the Calendar section here in Skool, they will be at 7.30pm every Tuesday. - 📧 You’ll receive email reminders before each call, so nothing gets missed. - 🗓️ Our first live call is next Tuesday 27th January — I can’t wait to see you there. How this community will work: This isn’t a one-way programme. We’re building this together. - Use this space to talk to one another, share wins, ask questions, and support each other. - I’ll regularly ask you to submit questions for the weekly calls — real-life stuff you’re navigating right now. - You’ll also be invited to share I’ll then go and seek out the right expert support, resources, and conversations to meet those needs. This membership is here to support you — your health, your energy, your confidence, and your life — in a way that feels human, realistic and sustainable. Thank you for trusting me, for saying yes early, and for helping create a community that’s supportive, honest and empowering. We’re just getting started 💛 Caroline x

Day 4 Tip to Nervous System Regulation
Releasing Emotional Tension (Without Analysing It) If you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or simply feeling emotionally stretched, you might notice that feelings come up quickly — frustration, sadness, irritation — and don’t always make logical sense. That’s because not all emotional stress lives in your thoughts. A lot of it lives in the body. Nervous system regulation isn’t about fixing or understanding every emotion — it’s about giving your body a safe way to release what it’s holding. This can look like: • letting yourself sigh or yawn without stopping it • shaking out your arms or legs for 30 seconds • tapping gently on your chest or collarbone • placing a hand on your body and breathing slowly • allowing emotion to move without judging it You don’t need to relive old stories. You don’t need to “process” everything. Your body often just needs permission to let go. When emotional tension softens, many women notice: fewer emotional spikes less reactivity in relationships more patience with themselves a sense of being more grounded Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system has just been doing its best to protect you. Today, see if you can let something move through instead of holding it in.

Love this, especially the reminder that we don’t have to think our way out of everything. Peri/meno is such a whole body season… and the body’s way of letting go is often quieter (and wiser) than we realise.
