if I'm interested in looking at the model then option C is best since the model is big in the photo. In option A and B, the background takes away from looking at the model.

Help modeling honeycomb pattern over curved surface
I have a curved surface in the shape similar to an American football (not soccer ball) and I want a honeycomb hole pattern over the entire surface. Similar to this: https://makerworld.com/en/models/141676 How can I model such a hole pattern in Plasticity?

Importing STL files
Often times I want to 3D print an STL file, but before doing to I would like to modify it in some way (ie add something to it, cut parts of it away, makes holes in it etc) I noticed I can't import an STL into a plasticity file, however i can drag and drop an stl file into the plasticity window and it will load the 3d geometry. This geometry is really only a reference though as I can't directly edit it, nor will it export with anything that I create in plasticity. Could I request better support for STL files in future versions?

@Rod Jos the doc site just shows: Import/Export - Plasticity Manual Which indicates that stls can be imported ... but what should be possible after they are imported.
