Weekend Reset, Not Weekend Write-Off
This time of year is wild. End-of-year parties. Christmas catch-ups. Kids’ events. Work wrap-ups. It’s easy to say, “I’ll start again in January.” But the weekend is your secret weapon, not your excuse. Over the next two days: - Move your body on purpose – walk, train, stretch. Just move. - Pick one meal each day to make a healthy, whole-food choice. - Take 5 minutes to breathe, pray, or reflect on what actually matters to you. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be intentional. Use this weekend to: - Protect your mind 🧠 - Look after your body 💪 - Realign your spirit 🙏 Future you (and January you) will thank you. 👉 Comment one thing you’re going to do this weekend for your mind, body or spirit.

I'm going to an entrepreneurs conference for the two days, on the Goldie - which involves Sunday On the YOT networking.. Saturdays my B'day for real; so my pressie to myself is a little mind and spirit growth and then probably next week be looking at setting a years sobriety for NY reso LOL 🍻
