Success may love speed, but also mixed with clarity and efficiency of delivery. I can’t get speedy to also have clarity and efficiency according to Russell‘s guidelines. How about the rest of you?

How are you doing after an intense four days with Russell? I learned way too much for my brain to absorb. I’ve been going through the workbook, comparing it to my notes to reinforce what was given, and doing the exercises with much more thought and detail. I’ll be learning for a long time.

Day 12 of 30 - The Prime Mover Momentum Series Before 2026
A Prime Mover doesn't chase every opportunity. They curate their path. Distraction is the enemy of the architecture you are building. Today, we eliminate the drift. DAY 12 TASK: Set one "Hard NO" that stops you from drifting off your strategic map. Examples: • No looking at competitors' funnels for inspiration this week. • No switching funnel software. • No adding "one more bonus" until the core offer is done. • No "discounting" your value just to get a quick sale.
