MOVE… I have finally been consistent and committed to a daily walking habit! 🥳 I’m up to Day 95 without missing 1 day… throughout Christmas & New Year, weekends away & holidays! I have finally developed this habit after years of trying and I don’t beat myself up if I can only go for 15 minutes, or if it ends up being a slow stroll with my boy… as long as I do it!!! 👏🏻 So proud of me! 😆
