Reflection: Growing Into My Confidence
Over the past month, I’ve realized how much my mindset and communication have evolved. The skills and frameworks I’ve learned here have not only made me better at what I do, but also more confident in how I carry myself at work and beyond. I feel more grounded when I communicate with my team, and more at ease when I share ideas or challenge assumptions. I notice how I express myself more clearly with my manager and how I take ownership of my opinions instead of second-guessing them. This shift has helped me show up as a leader, not just a contributor. I’ve also started to value my own expertise more. I can now look at my work and say, ā€œThis has real impact.ā€ Whether it’s solving a tough technical problem, guiding a teammate, or improving a system, I see the bigger picture and the value I bring to it. Interestingly, this new confidence has also changed how I interact with recruiters. I no longer feel the need to fit in or say yes to every opportunity. I can evaluate offers with clarity and know what aligns with my direction and growth. The outreach I receive almost daily feels like confirmation that I’m on the right path, and I’m sure the near-perfect opportunity will show up soon. Most importantly, I’m proud of this inner growth. I’m more patient, more intentional, and more confident in my ability to lead, communicate, and make an impact. The journey continues, but I can already see how much stronger and more focused I’ve become.

This is such a powerful reflection, @Behrad Gilani You’ve captured exactly what true professional growth looks like, that shift from just ā€œdoing the jobā€ to leading with confidence and clarity. Your awareness and steady mindset really stand out, and I’m sure this energy will attract the right opportunity soon.

@Sheida Qmarc Joon! šŸ’œ I missed you too! You said it perfectly,it’s amazing how ChatGPT is evolving from a Q&A tool into a real learning companion. I love how it encourages reflection and deeper understanding, just like a great teacher would. Couldn’t agree more!
🚨 Quick Lesson: Don’t Ask Strangers for Recommendations - āš ļø PROTECT MY BRAND
Hello Elites, I have received below message from an stranger on Instagram ! (watch & listen) Talking about her experience with member of Elites & BTE on Linkedin. I just received a message from a stranger on Instagram asking for a recommendation. Before we go any further, I want to ask two things: 1ļøāƒ£ Does anyone know if this person is legitimate? 2ļøāƒ£ Do you, yourself, ever ask strangers for recommendations? Because if you do — please stop. It doesn’t work that way. Ever. Networking is about trust, credibility, and relationships. You can’t just message someone out of nowhere and expect them to vouch for you. That’s not networking — that’s cold outreach without context. Now, here’s the interesting part… If I’ve ever shared your testimonial or review, and people find you on LinkedIn because of that — that’s a huge opportunity for you! šŸ’” Here’s how you turn that into a win: Take time to answer their questions and befriend them! Exactly like how I got to know you and you’re here! Share your affiliate link when they ask how to join. If someone joins and becomes a paying member through your link, you’ll automatically earn 30% commission — paid directly to your Skool account before it even hits ours. Then, with one click, you can transfer it through Stripe to your bank account. That’s what smart networking looks like — turning visibility into opportunity. If you haven’t set up your affiliate account yet, or want to learn how it works, read more about it here: šŸ‘‰ affiliate Remember — connections are built, not begged. ✊ Alex B P.s. whoever did this please go back and fix it! I care about my brand

That’s honestly so strange, @Alex B , it’s never okay to randomly ask someone for a recommendation without any real connection. it gives the wrong impression about what this community truly stands for. We’re all here to grow, to build real trust, and to achieve something meaningful, not just to collect recommendations.I honestly can’t believe anyone from this group would do that, because what we have here is something very different, real support, guidance, and integrity.
Pressure vs Peace Where Do You Really Perform Best?
I’ve been noticing something about myself lately. When I’m under pressure, I get things done but not always as well as I could. And when I’m not under pressure, I feel calm. but also easily distracted and less focused. It’s a strange balance, right? Too much pressure, and you burn out. Too little, and you drift. It made me wonder, maybe real productivity isn’t about choosing between chaos or calm. Maybe it’s about learning how to stay sharp without stress. Still, I’m curious about others: Do you perform better under pressure or in peace? And how do you keep your focus when things feel too easy or too intense?

Great question, Khashayar! I’ve noticed that I usually perform better when I have a lot on my plate, as long as it’s well-organized.When there’s more work, I naturally create a structure, plan my time, and stay focused to get things done efficiently. But when things slow down or feel too comfortable, I sometimes lose that sharpness and take things too easy. So for me, pressure isn’t the problem, lack of structure is. A good plan keeps me balanced between calm and productivity.
šŸ† Spotlight of the Week — Maliheh Acheshmeh: True Leadership in Action
Being number one on the leaderboard — and staying far ahead of second place — is not easy. You have to be helpful, consistent, and smart in your networking. And that’s exactly what @Maliheh Acheshmeh has done — perfectly. She didn’t just post. She contributed. She didn’t just show up. She lifted others. That’s what leadership looks like inside Breakthrough Elites. I recently interviewed her to learn how she built this momentum, and I wish every member could listen and take notes — because what she’s doing is exactly what this community was designed for. Here’s what makes it even more impressive: Maliheh already has a great job — in the top range for her field — yet she still finds time to engage, support others, and give back. So if you’re still job searching or unhappy with where you are, you have no excuse. Maliheh is living proof that success doesn’t come from time — it comes from intention. Because she became the top leaderboard in all three categories of 7 days, 30 days and all time , despite having the best job and the highest salary range possible in her field and a family ! So if she can do that and make time to become the top leaderboard in this community, there’s no excuses for those who doesn’t have a job yet! Let’s all celebrate her energy and example. Drop a šŸ„‡ or 🄳 in the comments to congratulate her and show appreciation for what real community leadership looks like. — Alex B
