CPL to High - Application Quality was lower than Id like. - Raised Prices - made VIP harder to buy - too much friction. The Lessons: - Artin needed more Authority for chat sales - Most conversions happened on monthly workshop day - Dr. Nacho moved to fast... more value / trust first - Time on Brand before application is an option - The monthly Workshop is Key for urgency. - Need an easier way to track who's warm.
