Hey team, quick question:
The chatbot in the GHL website live chat isn’t responding. When someone starts a chat, a workflow is triggered and a tag is applied. That same tag is supposed to trigger the AI, but nothing happens. Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Hey @Luis Garibay , Could you watch the video? I got the same problem with the calling assistant and I'm not that happy in the moment that it doesn't work.
Can the AI ​​Caller and AI Chat Bot be separated?
Is it possible to sell a customer just a bot OR a caller? It's not separable within the system itself, is it? Once the customer has access, they can train the bot and the caller.
Connection with Chat GPT
Is it necessary to connect GPT on this point? I thought the AI ​​accesses Open AI anyway? Or what does this connection stand for? Thank you very much!
Question about outbound call workflows
I have the workflow from the snapshot – if the tag "make ai call" is set, the AI ​​should call. The Bot ID is set as a custom value, and the placeholder is in the Caller ID. If I set the tag, I enter the workflow, but the AI ​​doesn't call. although in GHL the action is marked as successful in the execution logs. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
