Question about outbound call workflows

I have the workflow from the snapshot – if the tag "make ai call" is set, the AI should call. The Bot ID is set as a custom value, and the placeholder is in the Caller ID.

If I set the tag, I enter the workflow, but the AI doesn't call.

although in GHL the action is marked as successful in the execution logs.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
