🏆 Pre-Challenge Giveaway
Your engagement literally helps people find us. Our activity in this community directly impacts how ADHD Harmony shows up in Skool's Discovery. That's the search engine people use to find communities like ours. The way it works is simple, the more we engage (likes, comments, posts), the higher we rank. The higher we rank, the more people searching for ADHD support actually find us. So when you drop a like on someone's post or leave a comment, you're not just supporting that person. You're helping someone out there who's still looking for their people actually find this place. Now, many of you already know I'm doing giveaways during the challenge. But I decided to add a little something before we kick off: the 10 people with the highest 7-day activity and the top 10 on the 7-day leaderboard before the challenge starts on April 27 will win community credits to use as discounts on our offerings: 🥇 Place 1-3: $150 community credit 🥈 Place 4-6: $100 community credit 🥉 Place 7-10: $50 community credit One important thing: I've seen other communities try to game this by spamming random posts and comments just to farm points. That's not what we're about. The goal is always value and connection. Share something real, ask a genuine question, support someone's post because it resonated with you. Spam will be removed. View leaderboards: https://www.skool.com/adhd/-/leaderboards Here's how the leaderboard works: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work Besides your leaderboard score, I'll also be looking at whether you're actively supporting others. So liking and commenting on other people's posts matters just as much. So go like stuff, comment on things, share your wins, and ask questions. It all counts, and it all helps. Let's make some noise before we even get started 🔥

Keywords
What keywords would you use to search for a community like this? Skool has a new update and now lets me add up to 11 keywords so people can actually find our community when they search. This is huge, because there are so many people out there who need a place like this but don't know we exist yet. So here's my question: If you were searching for a community like ADHD Harmony, what words would you type in? Drop your ideas in the comments. The better our keywords, the easier it is for people like us to find each other. Thanks for helping me help more people. 💛

My Partner Googled Body Doubling and Everything Changed 🧡
Something shifted today. Chris told me he'd been reading about body doubling. On his own. Without me asking. If you're waiting for your partner to "get it," keep going. Sometimes the breakthrough comes when you least expect it. But let me rewind to this morning. I woke up two hours late, mind already in overdrive. Holy shit, I've got so much to do. Chris's family were arriving at two, and you couldn't even walk through the kitchen to the barbecue area without navigating chaos. My brain was going zing, zing, zing, zing. Got to get it tidy. Come on. Let's GO. Then 9:30 hit and I'd promised Chris I'd go for a walk. I did NOT want to go. I needed to tidy. I didn't want to be embarrassed by the state of the place. But we went anyway. Could I enjoy it? Barely. I thought we'd been walking ages. It had been 15 minutes. Quick, quick, quick. Lots to do. So we went around the Rose Gardens, around the lake, saw the fish and the ducks. And the ducks' bums, because they had their heads underwater so all you could see was little legs out and little ducky bums. 🦆 But here's where it gets good. We got home, Chris looked at the mess (and there was quite a bit of mess), and instead of shame or judgment, we just... started. Together. Body doubling. We grouped things, we sorted, we cleared. I felt a little shame creep in, but Chris didn't make me feel shameful. He just worked alongside me. And by the end? I have a living room back. A dining table I can actually see.It feels free and spacious and relaxing and I am SO proud. The dopamine hit was HUGE. 🎉 It's not that I don't want to focus. It's that the overwhelm makes it almost impossible to start. Left to my own devices, Swizzel the squirrel 🐿️ sets me off on tangent, then another tangent (she's a naughty little minx). But having someone beside me, not fixing, not judging, just *present*, changed everything. We've body doubled before in the She Shed, him on his furniture, me on my mosaics. But this was different. This was making calmness out of chaos, side by side.

What a lovely share Deb, I think I have said it before, but you have a lovely way with words. Ever thought if writing a book?
Commitment Letter
My Big Rocks: Start the courses that I already paid for and committed to before moving on, paying for more, or adding more ideas to my plate. I am here because I am tired of starting and never completing things, not following through on what I know I want to do. I let the fear of rejection or just not being good enough get in the way. I commit to showing up, not perfection, completing check-ins, doing the exercises, and engaging with the community. When it gets hard, I will reach out to the community, return to my Big Rocks, do my bare minimum protocol, and remember why I started.
