Day 4
I had to interrupt the video because 😳 Yes! Revenge bedtime procrastination is exactly what it is!! I've had difficulty going to bed at a reasonable hour most of my life, even though I know I need it. I never go to bed in the same day I got up in! It's insane, it's making me ill, but I give so much time to work, to family and to the home, I seriously resent not having time for myself to do anything. Sadly, by the time I get it, I'm too exhausted to do anything so I can do nothing other than veg but I will have my time!!

Yup! I’m so there too!!
Hello from the UK
Hi, I’m a therapist and life coach, have done a ridiculous amount of trainings and had 47 jobs and counting! I used to berate myself for being ‘a jack of all trades , master of none’, but now I realise it’s not a bad thing as ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ but now I’m really struggling with trying to package all my knowledge into what would be the most helpful form, ie I really am finding it SO hard to focus in on one thing I can market and sell.
convenient forgetting or procrastination
Well, here I am, late to the party. The 5 day challenge is nearly over and I'm just getting on the train. *sigh* Would there be another challenge this year?

I’m just starting too. There are replays, so you still have time to do the challenge. How about just start with 1 lesson. I am liking that they are short, and tasks are bite sized and doable. You can do it!!
