Locations - no more radius options?
Maybe I am the first person to discover this but we just setup a new Google Ads Search campaign and I can't figure out how to add a radius. The advanced button is missing and now it says "add locations in bulk". When you open that it doesn't offer radius either. Either this is a bug or a terrible change by Google (Again!)

You can publish the campaign with one zip code and then go to the separate location targeting on the left hand side of platform and remove the zip code, then click on radius option and adjust the distance for the radius and you'll be good to go. I set up a campaign on Friday and didn't see what you mentioned. There are sometimes bugs, but also a slow roll out. I don't think Google would take away the ability to add radius for loc targeting.
Need Help with any pMAX reporting tools. Prefer Data Studio!
I need to create pMax reporting with Data Studio (Looker Studio)- has anyone had any success creating a report for pMax campaigns with Data Studio? I don't see anything in the templates for Google Ads specific to pMax. Maybe I'm missing it and need to create a custom template. Anyone who can help me will be my forever hero! I originally created a spreadsheet for an agency we're working with that had all the conversion actions broken down by restaurant locations (orders, driving directions, download app, etc), but they want something more "fancy". Any thoughts? Thanks!

@Austin LeClear- thanks for jumping in with your insight! I played around with Data Studio and created a customized report with the imported Conversion Actions for the conversion actions downloaded into a spreadsheet and dropped the spreadsheet in the custom report with all the standard metrics like you mentioned. We normally don't do reporting like this, but it's a newer client that requested all the details. lol... I've never been a big fan of elaborate reports since most clients aren't that interested as long as we're producing leads for them. I appreciate your insights!

I'm not a fan since it's not as easy to navigate and I'll need to learn where they've put everything. I don't like the matched locations are in Insights tab plus the Search Terms are also in the Insights tab. Frustrating. The nice part is that you can revert back to the old platform by using "previous design" in the dropdown menu if your brain isn't quite ready for the change.
Vertical Image (??)
I've got 20 images in an Asset Group-Google is still not happy and is telling me I need to add "at least 1 vertical image"?? Not finding any info on what they require or how they define a vertical image... any ideas?

Here's a Google Ads help article. Go down to the middle and you'll see the Image Specifications for what you need to provide: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/10724492?hl=en&sjid=851363575830680116-NC. Good luck!
New Changes to RSAs
https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/14506789 "Responsive search ads can now show one headline when it’s predicted to improve your performance. As part of this change, a headline will now be eligible to show at the beginning of description lines."

You should be able to see what your ads look like with this new feature since it's rolling out in all countries. Go to Responsive Search Ads (RSA) in your account, click on View Assets below the RSA, you'll be in the Ads Combination section. The first tab will only show you the impressions and the list of your headlines/descriptions. Click on the second tab called to the right, Ad Combinations and you'll see what ads have shown during the last 90 days. You might see a single headline format plus the second headline is in the section with smaller font for the start of the description or the most common we're seeing right now is 2 headlines. We have quite a few accounts that are now showing the single headline format. Make sure to check your ad copy to find out IF a headline shows in a single headline format does it makes sense as a stand alone headline. In a few select accounts we've pinned the top 3 headlines to guarantee the most important headlines are showing. You can also go to the Google Ads Transparency Center and or Google service industries. You'll be able to see some good and bad examples of what it looks like in real life.😮
