I have been learning so much and very excited to become a somatic breathwork practitioner

Today I am going to continue to focus on accepting myself where I am. I am a work in progress and I am doing better than I feel right now. Affirmation: I am exactly where I am meant to be right now. Whenever I feel uncertain of this, I can breathe and remember who I am.
