I’m new to this platform and trying to plan for success. I’ll be doing the workouts at home. I have 5 & 20lb DB along with some bands. Do you have recommendations on other tools I may need?

Hey! You are going to need an assortment of different weighted dumbbell pairs. The workouts will require you to use progressively heavier weights each week. Also, there are multiple two handed dumbbell exercises. Depending on current strength levels you most likely will need at the minimum pairs of 15s, 20s, 25s, 30s, 35s, 40s, 45s, and 50s. The more options you have the better your progress will be.
