Weekly Blueprint: Weekends Still Count
This was us at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning. Was it our preference? No. Do we do this all the time at this time? No. Was it the best workout ever? No. So why did we do it? Because CONSISTENCY BEATS PERFECTION EVERY TIME. Sometimes we spend so much time waiting for the "perfect" time to do something. I'll wait until my weekends are less busy. I'll wait until tomorrow when the kids are in school. I'll wait until Monday. But the longer you wait, the further you get from achieving your goals. With each day that passes, you can be one day closer to getting fit, or one day farther. And the weekends can either be 2 steps forward, or 2 steps backward. So even if it's something, just do it. What is one promise you want to make to yourself this week? Quantify it and be specific and post it in the community HERE!
